The amount of money that people are able to spend on therapy varies widely. I don’t believe that money should prevent people getting support so if this is an issue please get in touch and we can find a way to make it work.

In order to reflect the wide gap that exists between people’s incomes, and between disposable incomes, I offer a broad sliding scale.

Individuals

For 1-1 work I offer a sliding scale of between £20 and £120 per hour. 

For example: A one hour session at £40 an hour would cost £40. 

A 1 hour 15 minute hour session at £100 an hour would cost £125. 

Groups

For groupwork I charge between £30 and £150 per hour of my facilitation time. So a five hour ‘day workshop’ would cost between £150 and £650.  

Minimum length for a groupwork session is three hours. 

How much I charge per hour depends on the size of the group, the length of the session, and also how much people are able to pay.
